1.Full Paper Formatting
(Standard Publication)
Research papers have to be written not more than Five pages with the following formats.
Paper Size: 8.27" × 11.69" (International A4)
Layout: Two-Column
Format Column Spacing: Exactly 0.2" (5mm) gutter between columns.
Font: Times News Roman
File Formats: Accepted in both .doc (Microsoft Word) and .pdf (Portable Document Format).
Margin: Top & Bottom (0.5”), Left & Right (0.7”)
2. Presentation Formats
A. Oral Presentations
20 minutes for each presenter including (Q&A) session.
B. Poster Presentations
Dimensions: A0 Size (841mm x 1189mm / 33.1" x 46.8").
Orientation: Vertical (Portrait) is standard unless otherwise requested.
Materials: High-resolution graphics with a minimum of 300 DPI for all images.
C. Project & Innovation Exhibition
For researchers showcasing physical prototypes or institutional projects:
Allocated Space: 3m × 3m (9 square meters) booth.
Location: Designated within the Main Exhibition Area.
Included Utilities: 1x Standard power outlet, 1x Presentation table, and 2x Chairs.
